Many policies to retain human resources at the grassroots level

According to the Department of Health, implementing Resolution No. 99/2023 of the National Assembly on the implementation of tasks and solutions on grassroots health care and preventive medicine, Party committees and local authorities in the province synchronously, effectively and promptly deploy tasks and solutions on grassroots health care and preventive medicine according to regulations.

By 2024, 107 commune, ward and town health stations will have full-time doctors, and 100% of health stations will meet the national criteria for commune health. The province has implemented many policies to improve the quality and retain human resources at the grassroots level, such as attracting 102 people to work at public service units through recruitment and transfer from outside the province.
