Many spring festivals in the North such as Huong Pagoda festival, Bai Dinh Pagoda festival, Giong festival, the 1984th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising (40-43 AD) and Hai Ba Trung temple festival... have been jubilantly opened.
A quick note at the relics in Hanoi this year shows that there are few cases of overcharging and commercialization. At Ha Pagoda, one of the beautiful pagodas that attracts many Buddhists and tourists, the People's Committee of Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District, organizes free parking for visitors.
Tay Ho Palace, Hanoi, Quang An Ward Police, Tay Ho District applies cashless payment method at car and motorbike parking lots. Automatic fee collection will avoid price increase at parking lots, and shops on the street outside Tay Ho Palace will publicly list prices, set up payment accounts, and use QR codes for payment, and accept cashless payments.
However, there are still places that increase parking fees during Tet. At Ung Thien communal house, Lang Ha street, Hanoi, the motorbike parking fee has doubled, 10,000 VND/vehicle.

Many localities have issued master plans for common festival activities, thereby directly directing authorities at all levels to develop scenarios and plans, including many feasible plans for festival activities.
