The "Guiyang White House" hotel located in Guizhou province is attracting the attention of many Chinese people because of its resemblance to the White House in the US.
Located in the Huaguoyuan Wetland Park area of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, is a 12-story building known as the "Guiyang White House" for its white paint job reminiscent of the White House in the United States. The entire complex, including the building and the artificial pond in front, is estimated to be about 18.3 million square meters.

The Guiyang White House is a new hotel called Guiyang Art Center, part of the Accor hotel group and will open this year. According to the Accor group's website, the hotel has 64 suites, two large lobbies, and amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurant and bar.
Because there was very little information about the hotel at first, many people in China were curious. The building was also called "China's largest villa" or "mystery house". Some people speculated that this house with the architectural style often seen in European palaces and museums would have luxurious interiors.
Speculation has also been rife about the owner of the house. Some believe the building belongs to Xiao Chunhong, CEO of Guizhou Honglichen Group and the richest man in Guiyang.

The "Guiyang White House" is always patrolled by dozens of staff, and unauthorized persons are not allowed to enter or exit. The building has become one of the most iconic landmarks in the city, attracting tourists from all over China to come and see it in person and take photos from afar.
"Too awesome", "luxurious", "classy" are the words tourists and locals use to describe this place. At night, the building is even more splendid under the lights.
