Thousands of readers were moved when reading the story filled with humanity from the search for 30 lost passports published on Tuoi Tre Online on the morning of March 29.

In difficulty we see the value of humanity

The story is deeply touching readers when a postman of a shipping company dropped a package containing 30 passports and visas of a travel company. Immediately, the online community in Da Nang simultaneously posted a search message, creating a strong wave with the hashtag "find 30 passports" on social networks.

Police and people on the routes the postman passed through also helped extract camera footage to help find him.

And that very night, a good person went out of his way to return 30 passports he found on the side of the road based on information he read on social media.

Reader Thu Hien commented: "Last night I also held my breath watching this case. Anyone who works in tourism like me will understand how serious it is to lose a customer's passport.

Normally, dealing with a lost visa or passport is tiring enough, but this is 30. Dealing with it requires multiple parties, and canceling flights incurs a lot of expenses for hotels, food, etc. After dealing with it, I'll probably be fired.

We must truly be grateful for the power of community sharing. In times of difficulty, we see the value of humanity.

Ms. Hien also shared that travel companies often send passports in insured parcels through reputable shipping companies. However, the case of the postman losing them on the way to deliver is something no one wants.

Reader Dung Huynh shared: "This has happened before, not the first time, and this is also a lucky case of finding it when Da Nang people as well as the online community in general actively shared to have a happy ending."

Reader Dung Huynh said it was lucky because the person who found it had a good heart and knew the importance of a passport.

"Oh Danang, human love"

Many readers left comments praising and expressing their emotions at the generosity and kindness of Da Nang people.

Reader Nguyen Phong Phu commented: "In general, the humanity of many Vietnamese people is very generous and willing to help others. When they are in trouble, few people can ignore it."

Sharing the same opinion, reader Le Thi Ha commented: "Not only Da Nang people. The nature of Asians in general and Vietnamese people in particular always has a very high spirit of helping the community and working together with the collective."

Reader LONG NGUYEN shared: "I am very happy to see the Vietnamese community in general and the people of Da Nang City in particular joining hands to find lost items.

Although the work is small, the solidarity is great and beautiful. Thank you very much, dear golden community, my Vietnamese people!".

Many readers also shared their gratitude for the statement of Mr. Thanh, a representative of a travel company whose 30 passports were lost by the transport company. Mr. Thanh said that he hopes that everyone will only look at this incident with a positive perspective, filled with humanity.

"The humane story is not only in the love of Da Nang people, the strength of the online community but also in the hearts of the "victims" of the incident. Besides the bad news spreading on the internet, beautiful stories like this make society more positive," wrote reader Hong Yen.
