Especially during the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic, the two twinned units still pay attention to coordinating and organizing activities to ensure safety in disease prevention as well as effectiveness and suitability with the conditions of the Department of Transport and La Ngau commune.

Up to now, the Department of Transport of Binh Thuan has implemented many activities at the grassroots level, such as organizing the exchange of driving licenses for 400 ethnic minorities at the headquarters of the People's Committee of La Ngau commune. In addition, free delivery of driving licenses via the postal system (equivalent to 60,000 VND/driving license), thereby creating maximum convenience and reducing costs and travel time for people. Or, it has supported the installation of lighting bulbs in village 2 and Da Mi hamlet with an amount of 96 million VND, coordinated with the Youth Union to promote traffic safety propaganda, donated 100 helmets (worth 15 million VND) to students in the commune...

In addition to the funding contributed by civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole industry, in recent years, the Department of Transport has also coordinated with a number of sponsors to organize the handover of 4 charity houses to disadvantaged households in the commune with a total support amount of 150 million VND... On the occasion of Lunar New Year every year, the Department of Transport always pays attention to sending representatives of leaders with the Trade Union and organizations of the industry to coordinate in visiting and giving gifts to the La Ngau commune government and poor households and retired families in the area. On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the industry and the locality coordinate to organize the Full Moon Festival and so far have given about 2,000 gifts to teenagers and children and 3 bicycles to poor students here.
