Through synthesis, the Management Board of Binh Thuan Industrial Parks said that currently the investor is focusing on human resources, machinery, equipment and means to construct the technical infrastructure system of Tan Duc Industrial Park phase 1. Such as constructing internal roads of the Industrial Park (of which the asphalt paving of the entire route D3a - D3b has been completed), continuing to level the ground and construct a water pumping station, wastewater treatment plant...

Recently, the investor of the Tan Duc Industrial Park infrastructure project has also coordinated with Ham Tan district to promote site clearance work, and has so far handed over nearly 282/300 hectares of land, reaching approximately 94% of the total area of ​​the entire industrial park. In addition, the traffic intersection connecting Tan Duc Industrial Park with National Highway 1A is also being focused on by Ham Tan district People's Committee, thereby creating conditions for construction in cleared locations... However, in the access road area, there are still problems with compensation and clearance, and the infrastructure is not yet complete, so it is difficult to ensure the progress of the inauguration ceremony of Tan Duc Industrial Park as directed by the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.

For the Son My 1 Industrial Park project in Ham Tan district, with a total area of ​​1,070 hectares, the infrastructure investor organized a groundbreaking ceremony in August 2022. In the past, the locality has also coordinated with the industrial park to promote land acquisition, determine land prices to carry out compensation and site clearance and carry out work related to investment in the construction of the Resettlement Area - Phase 1... However, up to now, the project has not yet started infrastructure construction due to many difficulties and problems such as land leasing, compensation, site clearance, and land price determination.

After checking the actual situation, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Hong Sy acknowledged the efforts of the locality and related units in implementing infrastructure investment in Tan Duc Industrial Park and Son My 1 Industrial Park. To continue to speed up the implementation progress, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested Ham Tan district, functional departments and branches to coordinate with investors to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for each project. Especially, urgently complete the procedures and actively mobilize and persuade households to hand over the remaining area in Tan Duc Industrial Park and the National Highway 1A intersection area... With the investor being Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company, it is necessary to increase human resources and equipment to speed up the construction and completion of Tan Duc Industrial Park items - phase 1.

Meanwhile, for the Son My 1 Industrial Park project, the locality focused on directing functional departments to complete compensation, support and resettlement plans, along with propaganda and mobilization of affected cases to hand over the site to investors. Thereby, striving to have enough land to soon hand over the site for projects at the Son My Power Center and Son My LNG Gas Port Warehouse in the near future...

At the same time, they listened to the report of the leaders of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board on the review of traffic works to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Binh Thuan Liberation Day. As planned, the area where the inauguration ceremony of the project to celebrate the anniversary will take place at the intersection between DT.719B road and Ham Kiem - Tien Thanh road (end of the route).
