Rewarding 64 typical collectives and individuals in emulation movements

On the morning of April 11, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2024 and deploy tasks in 2025.

Attending the conference were comrades: Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation Council; Nguyen Bich Ngoc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, First Vice Chairman of the Provincial Emulation Council; Be Thanh Tinh, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations of the province, districts, cities, armed forces units; Central agencies and units located in the province; social and professional organizations; enterprises and cooperatives participating in the emulation bloc of the province.

In 2024, with the emulation theme of "Solidarity - Discipline - Creativity - Development", units, localities and enterprises closely follow the directive documents, deploy regular and specialized emulation movements (EMMs) associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. The province actively implements the EMMs launched by the Prime Minister, such as: "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure, practicing thrift, fighting waste"; "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas, phase 2021 - 2025 in the province"; "For the poor - Leaving no one behind" phase 2021 - 2025; Provincial cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to implement office culture" in the period of 2019 - 2025; "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period of 2023 - 2030"; "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in 2025"; the peak emulation period "500 days and nights of emulation to complete 3,000 km of expressway"...

During the year, the campaigns launched by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee were focused on directing, promoting and widely implementing in the province, typically: "Farmers compete in production, good business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably"; "All people protect national security"; "All people participate in protecting national sovereignty and border security in the new situation"; "Proactively prevent and combat natural disasters, build safe communities" for the period 2021 - 2025; "Promoting administrative reform associated with digital transformation, period 2021 - 2025"; "100-day and night peak campaign to complete site clearance for the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway investment project under the public-private partnership (PPP) form (phase 1)"; "Competition to speed up the recovery of the consequences of storm No. 3, quickly stabilize the people's situation, restore production and business, and promote economic growth in the province"... Patriotic PTTDs create a vibrant and widespread competitive atmosphere, promoting an important role in motivating all levels, sectors, enterprises, cooperatives and people to strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security of the province.

The work of TĐKT is carried out in accordance with regulations, focusing on praising and rewarding small collectives, farmers, workers, soldiers and direct laborers. The work of propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws on TĐKT is carried out regularly; the province's media agencies actively and widely propagate patriotic TĐKT, typical and advanced examples, creating a spread throughout society.

During the year, 3 collectives received the Government's Emulation Flag, 12 collectives and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister; the rate of State-level commendation for small collectives and direct workers accounted for 53.33%; 34 collectives received the Emulation Flag from the Provincial People's Committee, 65 excellent labor collectives, 31 Provincial Emulation Fighters, 1,570 collectives and individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the rate of provincial-level commendation for small collectives and direct workers accounted for 60%.

At the conference, delegates from units and localities discussed and shared experiences in effectively implementing patriotic movements in accordance with practical situations; at the same time, proposed a number of solutions to continue promoting practical, effective and innovative movements, improving the quality of patriotic movements in the province.

Authorized by the Prime Minister, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Anh awarded the Government's Emulation Flag to outstanding collectives in emulation movements.

With the spirit of "Innovation - creativity, determination to act, overcome difficulties, compete to successfully implement the socio-economic development plan in 2025", at the same time, effectively implement 3 key programs, 3 breakthrough contents to implement the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, national target programs, spreading the PTTD widely among all classes of people, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Anh launched the PTTD in 2025 with the theme "Discipline, responsibility - proactive, timely - streamlined, effective - creating momentum for breakthrough". Focus on implementing the following contents: Striving to successfully implement the socio-economic development targets in 2025 and the entire term 2021 - 2025; "accelerate, break through" to implement key programs, breakthrough tasks, action plans according to the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress; Continue to thoroughly grasp and widely propagate President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies on economic restructuring, and Directive No. 41-CT/TW dated December 26, 2024 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over economic restructuring in the new situation.

Continue to effectively implement the campaigns launched by the Prime Minister, organize the second provincial contest on "Good people - good deeds, typical advanced models"; launch and effectively implement the province's thematic campaigns, especially Directive No. 15/CT-UBND dated December 2, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman.

Promote the dissemination of outstanding collectives and individuals, focusing on promoting advanced models in "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; carry out commendation work in a timely, public and transparent manner, paying attention to commending establishments, direct production workers, farmers, workers, remote areas, border areas and ethnic minority areas...

Agencies, units and localities successfully carry out the tasks and targets of socio-economic, security and defense of the province. Improve the quality and efficiency of the activities of emulation clusters and blocs from the province to the grassroots level, innovate the content and methods of operation in accordance with actual conditions. Thereby, create more positive changes in patriotic PTTD, contributing to the successful implementation of the targets and tasks of socio-economic development, national defense, security, Party building, and building a clean and strong political system of the province.

Authorized by the Prime Minister, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Bich Ngoc awarded the Prime Minister's Certificates of Merit to individuals.

On this occasion, 3 collectives were awarded the Government's Emulation Flag for their outstanding achievements in the 2023 PTTDs; 1 collective and 5 individuals were awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit; 13 collectives leading the PTTDs in 2024 were awarded the Emulation Flag and 42 collectives were awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in performing their tasks in 2024.
