According to the representative of the Department of Tourism, one of the notable highlights is that in the countries, the delegation will organize a Cultural - Tourism festival and a program to introduce tourism, royal music, cuisine, Vietnamese craft villages, and connect businesses on the occasion of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025.

The Business-to-Business (B2B) program aims to support Vietnamese businesses in accessing, exchanging, and seeking business cooperation opportunities with European partners in general and these countries in particular; introduce publications and items about Vietnam tourism as well as each business; promote special guest exchanges when Vietnam Airlines opens a direct flight from Milan-Italy to Vietnam.

In addition, the delegation will also provide foreign tourism businesses with new policies and guidelines related to Vietnam tourism, especially legal regulations and visa policies, information on facilitating travel for tourists, including flights to Vietnam, and introducing unique products and services of Vietnam tourism.

To increase the presence and promote the image of Hue tourism destination, the organizers also built a program to introduce Vietnamese traditional crafts - focusing on Hue cuisine and handicraft villages. The content will focus on introducing and displaying royal decorative carving art products and introducing Hue's traditional crafts such as Thanh Tien paper flowers, conical hats with poems, and conical hats with bang leaves... These are all crafts with high cultural value, reflecting the ingenuity of Hue artisans, while expressing the local cultural identity.
