This morning, April 11, the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council had a working session with the Provincial Military Command regarding the content of the Submission, Draft Resolution on Regulations on the level of daily allowance for Militia in Ha Tinh province, scheduled to be submitted to the 26th Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council. Attending the meeting was comrade Tran Van Ky, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
The Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee worked with the Provincial Military Command on a draft resolution on workday allowances for militia forces.
The basic content of the draft refers to the policy applicable to the following subjects: On-site militia; mobile militia; standing militia; maritime militia; air defense militia, artillery, reconnaissance, information, engineering, chemical defense, medical and related agencies and organizations. The development and promulgation of the Resolution is to comply with Decree No. 16 dated February 4, 2025 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 72 dated June 30, 2020 of the Government.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky spoke at the meeting, proposing to complete the draft on the basis of practice and appropriate legal basis.
Accordingly, the daily allowance for this force when assigned tasks, mobilized and dispatched by competent authorities is 327,600 VND. In cases where the term of performing the obligation to participate in the militia and self-defense force is extended according to the decision of competent authorities, the additional allowance is 163,800 VND/day.
Giving opinions at the meeting, the delegates basically agreed with the contents of the submission and draft resolution. The delegates also analyzed the practical situation; suggested adjusting some contents related to the drafting process, legal basis, and related policies to ensure consistency and synchronization. At the same time, they balanced and adjusted the support level to match the roadmap for implementing two-level local government...
