Registration for VnExpress Marathon Quy Nhon closes tomorrow

VM Quy Nhon 2023 has more than 200 final Bibs waiting for runners to own before the registration portal closes at 23:59, May 20.

Runners have two days left to secure a spot in the fourth season of VnExpress Marathon Sparkling Quy Nhon. There are not many tickets left, the organizers will close the gate early if there are enough registrations. Currently, Bib VM Quy Nhon has three distances of 10, 21 and 42km, priced at 1.1 million VND, 1.3 million VND and 1.5 million VND respectively. The 5km distance was closed earlier due to the number of athletes being full.

Runners participating in the race will receive a race-kit bag with more than 10 items. The most prominent of which is the racing shirt in a distinctive blue tone with a pattern evoking the image of sunlight on the Quy Nhon sea. At the finish line, runners will receive a medal that has just been revealed, inspired by the famous Cham towers in Binh Dinh. The 21km distance will have a finisher hat, the 42km distance will have finisher pants. A series of other amenities such as booths with many incentives from sponsors, a food court and post-race relaxation area, etc.

The tournament, which starts on June 11, has been completed in terms of organization. Runners are expected to start at 3am, running on the most beautiful route in the coastal city through routes such as Xuan Dieu, Nguyen Tat Thanh, Thi Nai bridge, Phuong Mai sand hill. Quy Nhon race track has the fewest turns and turnaround points in the VM system with many long straight sections convenient for runners to compete and explore the youthful beauty of the famous coastal tourist city. To support runners competing in high temperature conditions, the organizers plan to arrange nearly 20 one-way and two-way water stations, many medical stations, and toilets with high density.

As the first tournament in the system, VM Quy Nhon is loved by runners nationwide thanks to the experience of running by the sea, welcoming the sunrise. The tournament becomes a festival for people and sports lovers in Quy Nhon and Binh Dinh province. Thousands of local runners will participate in the distances. Notably, the Quy Nhon Morning Run group has more than 1,000 participants. Meanwhile, many running groups across the country are actively training with the goal of achieving high results.

Taking place right at the beginning of the summer vacation, the race is an ideal opportunity for families to rest, relax, and combine sports activities with beach tourism. The 4th season of VnExpress Marathon is expected to create a festive atmosphere by attracting tens of thousands of runners, domestic and foreign tourists to the coastal city, contributing tens of billions of VND to local tourism revenue.
