Should I study Information Technology or Computer Science?

I want to be a tester but don't know whether to choose Information Technology or Computer Science.

I also spent time reading documents online but found conflicting information. Some sites say to study Information Technology, while others say to study Computer Science. So which major should I choose to be able to work as a tester in the future?

I really hope that you guys who are working in software testing can give me advice and share your process of getting into this industry.
