In order to continue responding to the Concentrated Promotion Month program - Shopping season in Ho Chi Minh City and the Concentrated Promotion program in Hanoi, Vietnam National Payment Joint Stock Company (NAPAS) cooperates with global payment technology company Mastercard to launch the nationwide promotion program "Touch delicate - Live stylishly" to promote contactless payments from now until the end of 2024.

This year's program is being implemented by NAPAS in collaboration with Mastercard, expanding the scale and implementation time with a total program budget of up to 15 billion VND with the participation of nearly 40 major partners in fields such as food services, retail technology, cosmetics, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, education... through a system of more than 6,000 points of sale of brands in the Payoo payment acceptance network.

During the specific application period for each promotion program, customers will receive a discount in amount or percentage of the order value when shopping and paying with NAPAS and Mastercard contactless technology cards issued by banks and financial companies.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh, General Director of NAPAS said: “Through cooperation with Mastercard to launch this year's big promotion campaign, NAPAS hopes to not only stimulate shopping, promote domestic production and business but also bring good values ​​through community activities, especially spreading the benefits of cashless payments and promoting changes in spending habits using contactless payment cards”.

“Hopefully, with the widespread scale and the timing of the program, which coincides with the peak shopping season of the year, it will contribute to strengthening customers' cashless payment habits and support businesses to soon achieve their business plan goals,” said Mr. Ngo Trung Linh, General Director of VietUnion, the owner of the Payoo payment platform.

In addition to implementing a promotional campaign to stimulate large-scale cashless payments, this year, NAPAS, Mastercard and Payoo will continue to implement the social security program "Touch to share - Give hope" to join hands to support and bring free cancer screening opportunities to poor and disadvantaged women. The program is expected to launch in October on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20).
