On the morning of August 23, in Hanoi, the Center for Research and Development of Science and Technology Communication (Ministry of Science and Technology) organized a training course to improve capacity in research and application of Martech.
Speaking at the opening of the training course, Mr. Nguyen Van Khai, Deputy Director of the Center for Research and Development of Science and Technology Communication, said: This is the third training course in the series of capacity building training in research and application of Martech for start-up businesses.
The program belongs to the Project to Support the National Innovative Startup Ecosystem to 2025 (Project 844) with many activities such as: Pilot capital calling program for innovative startups in the field of Martech; Techfest Vietnam 2023 and Online exhibition on the Techfest 24/7 platform...
According to experts, Martech, also known as Marketing Technology, is a marketing term used to refer to the integration of marketing and technology activities. More specifically, Martech is a set of solutions and technology platforms that serve businesses in the process of building marketing strategies, communication campaigns and promoting products and brands to target customers on many different information channels.

Mr. Nguyen Dac Tinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Martech Network, informed that according to a survey by Facebook and Bain & Company, Vietnam will be the fastest growing e-commerce market in Southeast Asia by 2026, with a total value of e-commerce goods reaching 56 billion USD.
E-commerce in Vietnam in 2023 will make further breakthroughs with a forecast of reaching a market size of 20 billion USD. E-commerce will penetrate all industries and fields. Online shopping experiences will receive more investment from brands with the support of marketing technology, data technology, payment technology, etc.
