Nam Sai Gon Primary - Secondary - High School (grades 1, 6) and other schools with special models in the city's education system (according to registration by the Department of Education and Training).

From June 5 to June 8: Schools with special programs will receive applications and guide parents to confirm online at the city's admissions page.

From June 9 to 5:00 p.m. on June 13: Based on students submitting applications to schools organizing special programs and reviewed data received from the Department of Education and Training, analyze, adjust, and allocate students to schools with enrollment, depending on the actual situation in the locality.

From June 14 to June 20: Instruct and organize for parents to confirm application submission to the remaining high schools according to the data updated by the Department of Education and Training on the city's enrollment page. Note that parents can also register as subject 2 or private during this period.

At the end of the official enrollment period, the units report to the Department of Education and Training on the number of candidates who have submitted applications to the enrollment units.

From June 21 to June 25: The Department of Education and Training will consider students who have registered for category 2 and update data on the city's admissions page; transfer the list of students who have confirmed their enrollment to the remaining high schools. The schools will receive applications and guide parents through the enrollment procedures.

From June 25 to June 29: Notify parents to access the system to view the results of group 2 and confirm admission. Organize to receive candidates admitted to group 2 into schools.

June 30: Schools synthesize results and conduct a summary of enrollment work, then send reports to the Department of Education and Training for synthesis. The Department of Education and Training approves enrollment results of units under its management.

The HCM City Department of Education and Training also noted that after the official enrollment period ends, units will report to the Department of Education and Training on the number of candidates who have submitted applications to the enrollment units.

Based on the actual statistical results, the local Admissions Steering Committee will develop a plan for additional enrollment (if necessary) for schools that are short of enrollment quotas and send the plan or document confirming the organization of additional enrollment to the Department of Education and Training. The Department of Education and Training will coordinate with the information technology unit to configure the system to serve the additional enrollment work.

Detailed report of incidents occurring during the admission process

The local admissions steering committee must conduct a comprehensive review of the student enrollment situation in the management area, identify cases that have not been assigned to schools immediately after completing all local enrollment work; verify the specific reasons. At the same time, the local admissions steering committee must compile a detailed report on problems and incidents arising during the enrollment process and send it to the Department of Education and Training (Department of Examination and Education Quality Assessment) before the start of the new school year to ensure the learning rights of students and promptly deploy solutions according to regulations.
