Improving the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises in the new period

This is the topic of the Workshop organized by the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies - Enterprises on the morning of April 17.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises chaired the workshop.

Attending the workshop were leaders of the Party building committees of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc; secretaries/deputy secretaries of the branches and grassroots party committees under the Party Committee of the Bloc.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises Nguyen Huu Long spoke at the workshop.

Speaking at the workshop, comrade Nguyen Huu Long, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc, emphasized: To continue to strengthen and consolidate grassroots party organizations and improve the quality of party members in the new period, on June 16, 2022, the Party Central Committee (13th tenure) issued Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW, which clearly defined that grassroots party organizations are the foundation of the Party, the political nucleus, the bridge between the Party and the People, ensuring the leadership of the Party at the grassroots level; the contingent of party members is the decisive factor in the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations.

The workshop was held to continue to more effectively improve the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members, contributing to building and rectifying the Party and the political system at the grassroots level to be clean and strong in the spirit of Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW.

The content of the workshop revolved around many issues, focusing on the leadership and direction of Party committees at all levels in improving the quality of grassroots Party organizations and Party members. Helping Party committees at all levels, each cadre and Party member, first of all Party committee secretaries, heads of agencies, units and enterprises clearly define the functions and tasks of each grassroots Party organization; recognize the position, role and importance of Party building work to continue to improve the quality of activities, effectively carry out Party building work, build clean and strong Party cells and Party committees.

The Party Committee of the Bloc received 20 comments. The comments affirmed the role and responsibility of the Party Committee, especially the role of the head of the Party Committee in leading and directing the improvement of the quality of grassroots Party organizations and Party members; assessed the advantages and difficulties from the practice of Party cells and grassroots Party organizations, the results achieved, the shortcomings and limitations.

Along with that, the discussions proposed important tasks and solutions to overcome limitations, put the activities of grassroots party organizations into order, and improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party right from the grassroots.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee spoke at the workshop.

The workshop is a meaningful activity within the series of events celebrating the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises (May 10, 1959 - May 10, 2024).
