The tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year for public preschools and general education institutions that self-finance regular expenses; high-quality public preschools and general education institutions have been approved by the Hanoi People's Council in Resolution No. 18/2024/NQ-HDND dated October 4. The Hanoi People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 3997/UBND-KGVX dated November 29 on the implementation of the Resolution of the Hanoi People's Council.
The highest tuition fee for public preschool and general education institutions that cover their own regular expenses is 6.1 million VND/month/student; the tuition fee ceiling for high-quality public educational institutions is 5.3 million VND/month/student.

The tuition fee ceiling for public preschool and general education institutions that have not yet covered their regular expenses for the 2024-2025 school year, specifically for Chu Van An Secondary School (Long Bien, Hanoi), is VND 5,300,000/month. Above the tuition fee ceiling, the principal will base on the socio-economic conditions of the area and commit to implementing high quality according to the criteria of facilities, teaching staff, curriculum and assessment results to decide on the specific fee level.
