The talents of "The Brother Who Overcame a Thousand Thorns" perform in Japan

The festival is organized by the Vietnam-Japan Economic Cooperation Promotion Association under the sponsorship of the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025); 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); Hung Kings' death anniversary...

The festival takes place from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Square in front of Sakai City Hall, Osaka.

The artists performing at the Festival include talented members of the Nha Tre group of the program “Anh trai vu ngan cong gai” such as Tien Luat, Tien Dat, Ha Le, Rhymastic, Binz, Quoc Thien and Duy Khanh. In addition, there is also director, producer and actress Thu Trang.

Along with the performances of the artists, director Thu Trang will bring the movie “The Billion Dollar Kiss” to screen for audiences in Osaka. “The Billion Dollar Kiss” is a blockbuster movie by director Thu Trang released on the occasion of Lunar New Year, earning over 211 billion VND in revenue. The movie stars Miss Doan Thien An, actors Le Xuan Tien and Ma Ran Do.

The most special feature of the festival was the reenactment of the Hung Kings' death anniversary in Osaka and the record-setting performance of the number of Vietnamese people singing the national anthem.

The representative of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam said that this is a valuable opportunity for audiences in Japan to experience the hottest performances from Vietnam, and hopes that through cultural exchange events like this one, the friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and Vietnam will become deeper and deeper.
