On the morning of September 13, after recording that the river water level had dropped to a safe level, Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) conducted inspections and load tests on Long Bien Bridge and Duong Bridge. The load test results ensured safety.

Previously, the unit had inspected, reviewed, and repaired positions on the bridge, ensuring ship safety on these two bridges.
