Lam Dong Aluminum Company exceeded the 90-day and night labor competition production plan.

(LĐ online) - The 90-day and night labor emulation movement in the first quarter of 2025 was implemented by Lam Dong Aluminum Company - TKV according to the Joint Plan dated December 23, 2024 between the General Director and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union, with the goal of competing to boost production in the first quarter of 2025.

Accordingly, Lam Dong Aluminum Company has been assigned by the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group a production target of 185,000 tons of converted Alumina and 175,000 tons of consumed Alumina in the first quarter of 2025.

With a spirit of competition, on January 4, 2025, Lam Dong Aluminum Company held a launching ceremony for its staff and employees. At the launching ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Van Phong - Party Secretary and Director of the Company proposed 6 specific solutions requiring the Company's staff and employees to seriously implement.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Thai - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Aluminum Company reported the summary of the 90-day and night labor emulation movement in the first quarter of 2025.

After 90 days and nights of production competition, with the spirit of solidarity and joint efforts, the Company has completed the tasks assigned by the Group with flexible management solutions in the context of production still facing many difficulties, especially difficulties in compensation and site clearance.

At the end of the competition, Lam Dong Aluminum Company - TKV has successfully completed its tasks. The converted aluminum output reached 195,300 tons, exceeding 5.6% compared to the plan assigned by TKV; the aluminum consumption output reached 178,000 tons, exceeding 1.7% compared to the plan assigned by TKV.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Manh - Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group gave a speech at the conference summarizing the emulation movement.

In addition, during the emulation month, the Company's officers and employees strictly followed the regulations, absolutely ensuring labor safety and environmental protection, preventing labor accidents and incidents.

On this occasion, TKV awarded the Company's collective with outstanding achievements in the 90-day and night labor emulation movement with an amount of 480 million VND.

The results of the 90-day and night labor emulation movement in the first quarter of 2025 create an important premise for the Company to comprehensively complete its 2025 production and business plan.
