Minh Huu Lien officially listed on UPCoM with more than 5.4 million shares

Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company, stock code: MHL (address at 41-43 D1 Street, Him Lam Residential Area, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), started operating in 2007 with initial charter capital of 6.5 billion VND.

In 2017, MHL increased its charter capital to more than 54.3 billion VND.

The Company's main business is specializing in manufacturing and trading household products including tables, chairs, trolleys, cabinets, metal shelves and manufacturing steel products. MHL's main business area is from Ca Mau to Da Nang.

Regarding production and business situation, in 2023, the Company achieved net revenue of more than VND 29.92 billion (equal to 7.3% over the same period in 2022), after-tax loss of more than VND 40.84 billion (in the same period last year, after-tax profit reached more than VND 22.60 billion).

In the first 6 months of 2024, MHL recorded no revenue, with a loss after tax of more than VND 5.28 billion.

On September 20, 5,430,923 MHL shares will officially be traded on the UPCoM market at HNX with a reference price on the first trading day of VND 3,300/share; the value of registered securities for trading (at par value of VND 10,000/share) is more than VND 54.3 billion.

Previously, HNX announced that MHL shares of Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company were subject to mandatory delisting from September 11, 2024, due to the Company's serious violation of information disclosure obligations, which falls under the mandatory delisting category as prescribed.
