Free creation of new MySign Viettel digital signature accounts for people on VNeID application

On March 27, 2025, Viettel Telecom Corporation announced that it has integrated the MySign digital signature service on VNeID - an electronic identification application that is popular with all Vietnamese people.

Accordingly, citizens with level 2 identification accounts can easily create digital signatures to sign documents such as marriage registration, birth registration, passport, vehicle registration, temporary residence/absence... right on their mobile phones and completely free of public service signing fees within 12 months.

Viettel has integrated the MySign digital signature service on VNeID - an electronic identification application that is popular with all Vietnamese people.

MySign is a digital signature authentication service based on the remote digital signature model developed by Viettel Telecom, allowing users to sign documents anytime, anywhere with just smart devices such as phones, tablets, laptops, personal computers...

The product meets the European eIDAS security standards and the regulations of the Ministry of Science & Technology, ensuring the legality of electronic transactions such as traditional paper signing. Using MySign remote digital signature brings users many benefits such as saving time, effort and optimizing costs, quick and convenient signing in electronic transactions, signed documents are stored intact and information is secure.

Viettel expects that the integration of MySign digital signature on the VNeID application will not only help popularize digital signatures for people but also promote the digital transformation process, realizing the goals in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 03 of the Prime Minister on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. This is a testament to creativity in technology, contributing to creating convenient and sustainable services for the community.

Up to now, Viettel has reached 1.5 million accounts using MySign digital signatures in fields such as public administration, finance and banking, healthcare, insurance, etc. Notably, nationwide, up to 60% of subscribers have developed due to people registering for Viettel's MySign digital signature service.

In 2024, Viettel was honored to receive two titles: “CA with the most diverse technology and service applications in 2024” and “CA with the best customer experience in 2024”. At the same time, Viettel was also honored in the top 5 public digital signature certification service providers (CA) with the best service quality in 2024, awarded by NEAC - Ministry of Information and Communications.

People can create MySign digital signature on VNeID application according to the following instructions:

Step 1: Log in to VNeID application - Select Other Services - Select Digital Signature Certificate

Step 2: Select Register for digital signature certificate - Select Viettel MySign provider - Check to agree to the terms and confirm customer information.

Step 3: Download the MySign app and register for an account:

* Re-login to VneID application - Select Other services - Select Digital signature certificate - Select Register Viettel MySign digital signature certificate.

* Select to agree to the terms and click Confirm to successfully create a new account.

* Select "Login now" to log in to the MySign application and be able to digitally sign on online public service portals such as birth registration, passport, temporary residence, vehicle registration... (Account name and login password will be sent via SMS and email. With the second digital certificate, the information sent back will only include the account name).
