Bac Ninh Province breaks ground on two $640 million projects

On the morning of March 30, at VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park (Yen Phong district), Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Victory Giant Technology Vietnam Factory Project.

Victory Giant Technology Vietnam Factory Project of Victory Giant Technology Joint Stock Company (Guangdong Province, China) specializes in researching and developing, manufacturing and trading high-precision multi-layer PCB boards, HDI, FPC and Rigid-Flex flexible circuit boards.

These products are widely used in the fields of artificial intelligence, big data centers, industrial Internet, green energy automobiles, new generation communication technology, aerospace, medical equipment...

The project has a total investment of 520 million USD, implemented in 2 phases.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan said that since the beginning of 2025, Bac Ninh's economy has continued to develop, achieving many positive results, the total product in the province is estimated to increase by 9.64%, exceeding the growth scenario set by the province; the province has attracted 1.45 billion USD in investment capital.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province expressed his joy that after the negotiation and preparation process, and especially after the working session of the Bac Ninh Provincial Delegation in China, the Victory Giant Vietnam High-Precision Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Project at VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park officially broke ground.

In the coming time, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan hopes that the company will quickly complete procedures to construct project items, put the factory into effective operation; strictly implement legal regulations, build corporate culture, and actively care for the lives of workers.

On the same day, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Green Precision Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. Project.

Green Precision is a Chinese high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, design and production of precision structural components for electronic consumer products such as speakers, phones, tablets, electronic payment devices, etc.

The company's factory project was granted an investment license by the Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board on November 7, 2024, with a total investment capital of more than 120 million USD.

Congratulating the groundbreaking ceremony of the Green Precision Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. Factory project, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan said that this is a very important project of the company in the production of precision metals for the production of electronic equipment. Hopefully, after being put into operation, the project will create great production value, contributing positively to the overall development of the province.
