Specify the tasks under the responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and member organizations in implementing Resolution No. 43 of the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to promote the tradition and strength of the Great National Unity, building an increasingly prosperous and happy country; Conclusion of the Politburo on continuing to implement Decision No. 218 of the Politburo on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people participating in giving opinions on Party and government building.
Implement the conclusions and directions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Central Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operate continuously and effectively".
Implement the Resolution of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029. Organize activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, major national and local holidays; celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front - the traditional day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Deploy tasks in the preparation and organization of Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party. Organize comments on documents of Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party. Carry out preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
Continue to respond to the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in 2025. In particular, improve the quality and effectiveness of the supervision and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations according to Directive No. 18 of the Central Party Secretariat. Focus on supervising the following contents: the implementation of democracy at the grassroots level, the implementation of democracy in agencies and units; the implementation of the arrangement of administrative units at the district and commune levels in the period of 2023 - 2030; the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity associated with the cultivation and training of ethics and lifestyle of leaders of Party committees, authorities, key officials, cadres, and Party members according to Party regulations, ...; organize social criticism of draft laws in the law and ordinance-making program of the National Assembly in 2025 directly related to the legitimate rights and interests of the People, voters, and the People, on the organization of the state apparatus, on the rights and responsibilities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Promote participation in preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity; Participate in building a clean and strong Party and Government. Organize well ethnic and religious affairs; people's foreign affairs activities, work with overseas Vietnamese. Continue to expand exchange activities with people's organizations in other countries through the province's Friendship Associations and Union of Friendship Organizations.
Continue to innovate the organization, content, and methods of operation, and improve the capacity of the Front's staff. Innovate and diversify the forms of organization and methods of gathering and mobilizing, focusing on the grassroots and residential areas. Improve the effectiveness of the Front's Working Committee in residential areas; promote the role of typical individuals, experts, advisory councils, and collaborators.
