Brigade 6 trains to deploy shared software

The training course introduces new features of document management and administration software using digital signatures in the Army; instructions on sending, receiving and processing electronic documents; instructions on configuring and using the function of presenting and processing electronic documents using personal digital signatures; information security applied on military infrastructure... These are software to limit the use of USB, increase the exchange and processing of documents via military data transmission lines, and ensure information security.

Through training, officers and employees in the unit master, use proficiently and effectively exploit the functions of the software, apply practical implementation in agencies and units. Thereby, contributing to promoting the use of electronic documents quickly, accurately and safely; improving work efficiency, saving time and costs, and at the same time promoting the development of e-Government and digital transformation in the entire army.
