BTO-On the evening of March 23, the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Duc Linh district solemnly celebrated the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Hoai Duc - Duc Linh homeland (March 23, 1975 - March 23, 2025). Attending the ceremony were comrades Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Manh Hung - former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

At the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van Huy - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Duc Linh District Party Committee read a speech reviewing the process of fighting, winning, the brilliant milestones of the army and people of Hoai Duc - Duc Linh in the resistance war against the US to save the country and the achievements in the past 50 years. Secretary of Duc Linh District Party Committee said that after the country was completely liberated, Duc Linh district made great efforts to overcome the consequences of war and rebuild the homeland. Under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, with the determination of the Party Committee and people of Duc Linh district, the heroic revolutionary land revived strongly every day. The Party Committee, government, army and people of Duc Linh have made efforts, strived, overcome difficulties and challenges, and achieved many comprehensive achievements in all fields.

Infrastructure investment is increasingly synchronous, the electricity - road - school - station system has been invested in and upgraded, the urban and rural appearance of the district has changed significantly. National defense and security are maintained. People's lives are increasingly improved, the average income per capita in 2024 reached more than 67 million VND. In particular, Duc Linh is one of the first two districts in the province to complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses. The work of building the Party and the political system has achieved comprehensive results. These achievements have been recognized by the Party and the State and awarded many noble awards, including the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces, the First Class Labor Medal and the Prime Minister's decision to recognize the district as meeting new rural standards. On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also awarded certificates of merit to the cadres and people of Duc Linh district for their outstanding achievements in the construction and socio-economic development of the locality.

The liberation of Hoai Duc - Duc Linh is an important milestone, contributing to the victory of April 19, 1975 to liberate Binh Thuan province. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also congratulated, acknowledged and commended the efforts, attempts and achievements that the Party Committee, government, army and people of Duc Linh district have achieved in the 50-year journey of construction and development .

Comrade Dang Hong Sy said that, together with the whole country, the province is striving to enter a new era, an era of striving to develop richly and prosperously. The Central Government, the National Assembly and the Government are resolutely advocating the rearrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels and building a 2-level local government organization model .
