In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat, emphasized a number of requirements and tasks for the implementation of Regulation 144-QD/TW and Directive 35-CT/TW to be carried out seriously and effectively, creating a clear change in awareness and action throughout the Party and the political system. In particular, regarding Regulation 144-QD/TW, it is requested that each Party cell and Party committee, especially the head, must uphold the role and responsibility of setting an example in implementation, strengthen inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline. Each cadre and Party member must voluntarily study, strive to cultivate, practice, self-reflect and self-correct according to ethical standards. News agencies and newspapers continue to promote information and propaganda so that the people are more aware of the Party's political determination in the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system, fighting against corruption and negativity, etc.

Regarding Directive No. 35-CT/TW, the Standing Secretariat requested Party committees at all levels to base on the Politburo's directive, the Central Committee's guidance, and the characteristics of each locality, agency, and unit to lead and direct the specific implementation of plans to prepare and organize congresses of their Party committees; leaders should prepare well the draft documents of the congresses; personnel work and election of Party committees should carefully study the directive and appendices, and implement them very closely...
