Spreading the study and following of Uncle Ho in the Front system

In recent years, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has effectively implemented Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with professional tasks. Thereby, contributing to spreading the sense of responsibility and exemplary performance of assigned tasks among the Front's cadres.

Learn from Uncle Ho from simple things

Imbued with Uncle Ho's thought "A hundred times easier without the people, it is bearable, ten thousand times harder with the people's help", in recent years, Mr. Nguyen Duc Phong, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuoc Son commune (Ninh Phuoc) has always stayed close to the locality, listened closely to the opinions, thoughts and aspirations of the people, and then proposed to the local Party Committee and authorities to promptly resolve the people's petitions and questions, thereby consolidating and creating firm trust among the people. Mr. Phong said: I always learn from Uncle Ho from simple things, especially the sense of responsibility and dedication to work. Accordingly, I always put the interests of the people first. Therefore, in mobilizing and propagating people to respond to the guidelines and policies of the Party and State, I always share with them the benefits that they have enjoyed. Thanks to that, the campaigns and movements have been enthusiastically supported by the people. A typical example is the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". In 2022, the Commune Front mobilized people to support and install 111 solar panels in residential areas, worth 165 million VND, maintaining green - clean - beautiful roads; expanding the model of "Growing apples under mosquito nets" over 100 hectares, contributing to increasing income and building a developed local appearance.

With his experience and reasonable handling, Mr. Phong and the local mediation team have successfully mediated land disputes and family conflicts, an average of 18-20 cases per year, thereby contributing to ensuring security and order in the locality. In recognition of his achievements in many consecutive years of work, Mr. Phong has been awarded certificates of merit by local authorities and Party committees. Last March, he received a certificate of merit from the Phuoc Son Commune Party Committee for his good performance in "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh".

Linking Front work with studying and following Uncle Ho

Recognizing the importance of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, every year, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has focused on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. In particular, it has organized many activities to raise political awareness, educate patriotism, build a beautiful, useful lifestyle, and revolutionary ideals for cadres, party members and the masses. The main propaganda contents are Uncle Ho's teachings, typical advanced examples in study, work, labor, daily life and in volunteer activities.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Le, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, said: Through studying and following Uncle Ho, many Front officials have been exemplary, pioneering, innovating their working style, being close to the people, for the people, "saying goes with doing", daring to do, daring to take responsibility, and gaining the people's approval and support. Each Front official has identified and registered to carry out key breakthrough tasks in performing their duties; applying information technology to propagate and mobilize people to carry out patriotic emulation campaigns and movements in the locality, focusing on the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". During the implementation process, localities have promoted the role of the people and residential communities in participating and responding with practical actions such as: Contributing working days, funds, production materials, donating land to build public works, building many models of mutual assistance in economic development, building livelihood models to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, building cultural life... bringing practical results.

Along with that, studying and following the spirit of "Mutual love" of Uncle Ho, in recent times, the Front at all levels has strengthened propaganda work, calling for support from social resources, contributing to the good implementation of social security work, caring for poor households and disadvantaged people. In 2022, all levels in the province mobilized over 15 billion VND from the "For the Poor" Fund; supported the construction of 349 Great Solidarity Houses for poor households, households with damaged and seriously degraded houses, located in areas frequently affected by natural disasters, tornadoes, and floods. Supported the purchase of health insurance cards for people in near-poor households and multidimensional poor households, with a total amount of over 2.1 billion VND, thereby encouraging and supporting households to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

Promoting the achieved results, in 2023, the Front at all levels in the province will focus on studying, thoroughly grasping and applying the thematic content: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on building Ninh Thuan culture and people to develop comprehensively, meeting the requirements of sustainable development of the homeland and country" into practical work with specific and practical actions, meeting the requirements of building culture in the agency and successfully completing assigned political tasks.
