Promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members in association with studying and following Uncle Ho

(CLO) On December 28, in Son La province, the Editorial Board of Communist Magazine coordinated with the Son La Provincial Party Committee to organize a scientific workshop: "Promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members in association with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".

In his opening speech and introduction to the Workshop, Comrade Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee affirmed: In the past time, the Provincial Party Committee has always clearly identified the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members; especially the vanguard and exemplary role of leaders, heads and deputy heads, contributing to restraining and preventing the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, actively protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints, strengthening people's trust in the Party, the State and the socialist regime...

The workshop received presentations from leaders and scientists of the Communist Magazine; the Central Theoretical Council; the Party Committee of the Central Agencies; the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committees of provinces and cities across the country. Especially, cadres working and living in agencies, departments and branches of Son La province; representatives of cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces, and typical people.

The presentations focused on the following contents: Promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle - some theoretical and practical issues; cadres and party members - practices in Son La and some fields and localities; orientations and solutions to continue effectively promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the coming time.

In his concluding remarks at the workshop, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine, emphasized: The presentations at the workshop ensured the correct political and ideological orientation and had rich content in both theory and practice, clarifying a number of basic theoretical issues on setting examples, Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on setting examples; the role and significance of cadres and party members setting examples in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, morality and style; the content of inheriting and continuing to creatively apply Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on setting examples, on promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, morality and style in the new situation and context.

Within the framework of the workshop, the delegation attending the workshop: "Promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members in association with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" together with the leaders of Son La province offered flowers and incense at the Uncle Ho Monument with the ethnic minorities of the Northwest; Uncle Ho Temple, Northwest Square.
