Spreading love and faith in the Party

“Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly prosperous, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam” is a heartfelt work by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. The article was published on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024) to arouse pride in the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho, and the heroic Vietnamese people; strengthen confidence in the Party's leadership and the bright future of our country and our people; encourage cadres and party members in the entire political system to continue promoting the patriotism and revolutionary spirit of the entire nation, determined to build our country increasingly prosperous, civilized, cultured and heroic.

Deeply aware of the great political, ideological and spiritual significance of the General Secretary's article, in early May 2024, the Provincial Party Standing Committee organized a conference to study and disseminate the core content and issues raised in the General Secretary's article to the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people in the current period. The conference was connected online to the bridge points of districts, city Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee and expanded to the grassroots level with 2,336 Party members participating. At this conference, Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized to the entire Provincial Party Committee the significance of the political and ideological activity to help Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, agencies, units, cadres, Party members and people better understand the glorious historical tradition of the Party; The Party's mission of leading the Vietnamese revolution, associated with the great role of President Ho Chi Minh - the one who found the right path to save the country, organized, educated and trained our Party to create great miracles over the past 94 years. At the same time, it arouses the pride and steadfast belief of cadres, party members and people in the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, the heroic Vietnamese people, in the cause of innovation, building a rich, civilized and happy country. From there, cadres, party members and people have more confidence in the Party's leadership, the State's policies and laws, successfully implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025, building Ninh Thuan province to develop, the people to be prosperous and happy.

Following the conference to study and disseminate throughout the entire provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has compiled a question-and-answer document on the content of the General Secretary's article, which was posted on the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee's Electronic Information Portal, Ninh Thuan printed and electronic newspapers, to help all levels, sectors, and all cadres, party members and people conveniently study and learn the content of the General Secretary's article, strengthen their trust in the Party and the bright future of the country, thereby raising their responsibility, continuing to promote patriotism, and being determined to successfully implement the socialist path that the Party, Uncle Ho and our people have chosen.

At the Provincial Political School, studying the articles of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has also been seriously, specifically and practically implemented. Dr. Truong Tien Hung, Principal of the Provincial Political School, said: The Party Committee of the school has included the content of the General Secretary's article in the Party Committee's activities and included in the monthly Party Committee's resolution the content of improving the quality of political teaching and learning through the General Secretary's articles. Accordingly, staff and lecturers have proactively compiled and included the articles in lesson plans to serve teaching, demonstration teaching, class observation and final examination and evaluation. Through these methods, the content, spirit and message of the article are conveyed to all students in a concise, succinct but complete and accurate manner. This requires staff and lecturers to thoroughly study each content of the General Secretary's article and apply it to improve the quality of political teaching at the school to meet practical requirements.

To contribute to spreading among the younger generation, Mr. Huynh Kieu Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, said: The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has directed and guided the Youth Union chapters at all levels to deploy a political activity on the General Secretary's article and organize propaganda and dissemination to cadres, union members and young people about the content and message of the article to enhance political mettle, patriotism and national pride in each union member and young person; set out the responsibility of young people in preserving and promoting the fine traditional values of the nation; at the same time, raise the determination to join the entire Party and people in building and developing a prosperous and happy homeland and country.

As a young party member, Senior Lieutenant Duong Quoc Trung, working at Vinh Hai Border Guard Station (Ninh Hai), clearly felt the honor and pride in the glorious tradition of our Party after studying and researching the article of the General Secretary. He also clearly identified his own responsibility, motivation and belief to strive to contribute his youth with the entire unit to firmly protect the sovereignty and security of the province's maritime border. Senior Lieutenant Trung shared: As a young generation in the Ho Chi Minh era, my greatest desire is to devote myself to the Fatherland, serve the army, and serve the people with a steadfast belief in the absolute and comprehensive leadership of the Party. In the position of Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, I promise to work with the youth of Vinh Hai Border Guard Station to practice and be creative to find many practical models and initiatives suitable to the conditions and tasks of protecting sovereignty and border security; actively participate in socio-economic development programs as well as ensure national defense and security in the coastal border areas under their responsibility.

After more than a month of implementing the study of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's article, it has created a widespread political and ideological activity among all levels of cadres, party members and people of the province with a steadfast love and trust for the Party. To continue to spread the value of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's article, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has directed Party committees, Party organizations, heads of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to continue to fully and seriously disseminate the purpose, requirements, content and significance of the political activity; incorporate the content of the article into monthly Party committee and Party cell activities and quarterly thematic activities at Party cells so that the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system is substantial and effective; avoid doing it perfunctorily, formally and perfunctorily. Strengthen the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, propagating, fighting and refuting the distorted and destructive views and arguments of hostile forces; Minimize and limit the flow of negative information, speculation, and unfounded rumors that cause confusion and hesitation, affecting the trust of cadres, party members, and the people. In addition, each cadre and party member must always be aware of cultivating and practicing revolutionary ethics, regularly self-criticizing and criticizing; be a pioneer and exemplary role model in all tasks, contributing to building our Party increasingly clean and strong, making our country and our homeland develop more and more prosperously.
