Clarifying 18 public land lots encroached in Phan Thiet City

Accordingly, in document 1178/QD-UBND of Binh Thuan province, it requested the recovery of nearly 16,000 square meters of urban land including 153 plots in residential areas in Phu Tai ward, Phu Trinh ward, Xuan An ward, Phu Thuy ward, Thanh Hai ward and Phu Hai ward, Phan Thiet city managed by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.

The above land plots will be assigned to the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City for management, as a land fund for resettlement of works and projects in the city. The location of the land plots is shown in 27 land plot excerpts, revised land plot excerpts of Phu Tai Ward, Xuan An Ward, Phu Trinh Ward, Phu Thuy Ward, Phu Hai Ward, Thanh Hai Ward at a scale of 1/500 and 1/1000 established by the Provincial Land Registration Office in April and May 2024.

Phan Thiet City People's Committee was assigned many plots of land for resettlement purposes.

Notably, in this document, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province requested the People's Committee of Phan Thiet city to preside over the work with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the Provincial Land Registration Office to review land allocation records for households and individuals, conduct field inspections to clarify encroachment, determine responsibilities, and handling methods for 18 land lots encroached by households building houses and temporary houses.

Of which, there are 4 encroached plots of land in Van Thanh 3A Residential Area, Phu Tai Ward, 2 plots of land in Suoi Ba Tien Residential Area, Phu Trinh Ward and 12 plots of land, including many adjacent plots, in A&E Residential Area, Thanh Hai Ward.

After relevant units clarify, report results and proposals to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for further synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
