Signing the program Building and developing a reading culture

Mr. Huynh Toi, Deputy Director of the Provincial Museum - Library signed with representatives of HANEX Foreign Language Center.

Specifically, according to the signed content, the Provincial Museum - Library organizes the activities "Happy reading foreign books - Happy receiving gifts"; "Learning while playing, playing while learning", "Practicing life skills", "Skillful hands and good work" from Monday to Saturday. In addition, it also cooperates to organize "Reading Festival" at schools; activities to assess English reading comprehension ability.

The contents of the signing program aim to create healthy and useful playgrounds related to learning and reading, helping readers at the library "Learning happily - Learning happily"; orienting and educating reading habits for students, contributing to spreading awareness and positive actions to improve reading culture and promoting socialization and resource mobilization to develop reading culture in public libraries and schools in the province.
