The forces participating in flight training for the celebration include: Regiment 916, Division 371, Air Defense - Air Force as the host unit, coordinating with Regiment 930, Division 372; Regiment 917, Division 370.

This is the second joint training flight conducted in Dien Bien, with a number of new requirements from the Air Defense - Air Force. Therefore, it requires the forces performing the mission to coordinate closely, concentrate highly and absolutely ensure technical work and flight safety.

During this training session, 10 aircraft performed 2 demonstration flights. Each flight divided the formation into 3 squadrons, flying in an arrow formation gradually advancing over the Provincial Stadium.

Major General Bui To Viet, Deputy Political Commissar of the Air Defense - Air Force, presented gifts to encourage the training force.

Major General Bui To Viet acknowledged the efforts of the pilots and forces participating in the training, especially in overcoming all initial difficulties, stabilizing the unit to deploy the training work to ensure the requirements set. Emphasizing the honorable and proud mission this time, he encouraged officers and soldiers of the units to continue to promote the highest sense of responsibility, determined to complete the tasks assigned by the Party, State and the Service. Especially the coordination and cooperation of members in the flight crew, between the numbers in the formation, the formation; carefully preparing the handling plan in the case of meteorological situations, unusual weather changes... The entire force is determined to successfully carry out the mission and ensure absolute safety.
