Attending the incense offering ceremony were the Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; leaders of Military Region 2; Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Youth Union and 550 delegates of the journey "Dien Bien Phu - Aspiration for the Country"; delegates who won prizes in the contest to learn about the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Geneva Agreement on the cessation of hostilities in Vietnam.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense, respectfully expressed gratitude, and commemorated General Vo Nguyen Giap, along with the cadres, soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers; the army and people who fought bravely and sacrificed to create the Dien Bien Phu victory.
