The scope of land inventory and mapping of current land use status in 2024 in Quang Nam is conducted throughout the province according to administrative units (commune, district, province), in which the commune level is the basic unit to conduct land inventory and is the basis for synthesizing land inventory results and mapping current land use status of district and province levels.
The inventory of land used for defense and security purposes is conducted by the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security. At the end of the inventory of land used for defense and security purposes, the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Police report the inventory data to the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee, and at the same time send it to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for synthesis.
Land inventory subjects include: Area of land types as prescribed in Article 9 of the 2024 Land Law; subjects assigned to manage land; land users as prescribed in Articles 6 and 7 of the 2024 Land Law.
The time for implementing land inventory will be implemented uniformly nationwide from August 1, 2024. Land inventory data for 2024 will be calculated until December 31, 2024.
The deadline for completing and reporting the results of land inventory at all levels is as follows: Commune-level People's Committees shall complete and submit the results report to the District-level People's Committees before March 20, 2025. District-level People's Committees shall complete and submit the results report to the Provincial-level People's Committees before May 10, 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee shall complete and submit the results of the land inventory to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment before June 30, 2025. The Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Police shall send the results of the inventory of national defense and security land to the Provincial People's Committee (via the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) before March 20, 2025 for synthesis and reporting.
