The Investigation Police Agency of Bac Giang City Police, Bac Giang Province has just issued a decision to prosecute the case of "Disturbing public order" that occurred in Tan Tien Commune, Bac Giang City.
At the same time, the Investigation Police Department of Bac Giang City also prosecuted the accused, applied preventive measures to prohibit leaving the place of residence and temporarily suspend exit from the country for Nguyen Thi Vinh (58 years old) and Nguyen Thi Huong (born 37 years old), both residing in Yen Ninh residential group, Nenh town, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province.
In particular, the Investigation Police Agency has publicly posted at the Cultural House of Yen Ninh residential group and the People's Committee of Nhenh town the decisions: to prosecute the accused, temporarily suspend exit from the country and order to prohibit leaving the place of residence for the two accused Vinh and Huong.

Through investigation, the police agency clarified that the two women had repeatedly gone with a number of citizens in Yen Ninh residential group to the gate of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee, the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee's reception office and the Bac Giang Provincial Police headquarters, causing disorder and insecurity, even cursing and insulting the functional forces on duty at the headquarters of the above agencies.
Along with that, Vinh and Huong were once administratively fined by the Hoang Van Thu Ward Police, Bac Giang City for causing disorder at the agency's headquarters, but both did not receive the decision on administrative fines despite being urged many times but did not comply, did not cooperate in work and did not sign the minutes.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Giang City Police is continuing to investigate and clarify the behavior of other related subjects to handle according to the provisions of law.
