(Dan Tri) - After drinking, Tuan and Dinh brought 2 sets of fireworks to burn on the street, causing disorder in Dinh Huong residential group, Thang town, Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province.
On January 26, Bac Giang Provincial Police said that Hiep Hoa District Police had detained Nguyen Van Tuan (33 years old) and Nguyen Van Dinh (41 years old, both from Hiep Hoa District) to investigate the act of disturbing public order.

According to authorities, at around 8:00 p.m. on January 22, after drinking with some friends at a restaurant in Dinh Huong residential group, Thang town, Hiep Hoa district, Tuan and Dinh brought two sets of fireworks and placed them on the road in front of the restaurant to burn.
During the process of setting off fireworks, Tuan and Dinh and some friends stood in the middle of the street and used their phones to record the fireworks, causing disorder in the local area.
Authorities said that during the Lunar New Year, Hiep Hoa District Police will increase patrols to detect and resolutely handle acts related to fireworks.

Police recommend that people strictly comply with regulations on the use of fireworks, and always raise the spirit of denouncing crimes. When discovering illegal acts, especially acts related to fireworks, they should report them to the nearest police station.
