Launching the Project to Deploy iHRP Human Resource Management Software System

iHRP Human Resource Management software system is an integrated program for resource management from recruitment, management, training, and resource development with many outstanding features, aiming to manage human resource data synchronously and effectively across the entire GELEX Group system.

On the afternoon of October 31, at the headquarters of GELEX Group, the launching program of the iHRP Human Resource Management Software System Deployment Project took place, with the participation of leaders and senior managers of GELEX Group and FPT Group. The iHRP Human Resource Management Software System was developed by FPT IS Company Limited and continuously upgraded for nearly 20 years by a team of experienced experts. GELEX's deployment of the iHRP Human Resource Management Software System will help improve the efficiency of centralized human resource management in the GELEX system, while assessing the needs and priority functions in GELEX's digital transformation roadmap to ensure the scientific application of information technology in production, business and management activities. The project consists of 2 phases: Phase 1: Deployment of core and integrated subsystems (2024); Phase 2: Deployment of salary, bonus, insurance, tax, training and advanced subsystems (2025). Deployment scope for GELEX, GELEX Electric, GELEX Infrastructure, Viwasupco and subsidiaries under GELEX Electric Block.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Le Tuan Anh - Deputy General Director of GELEX Group said: “We chose FPT as our project implementation partner thanks to the unit's experience and reputation in the field of human resource management in Vietnam. Currently, GELEX has nearly 10,000 employees and more than 50 member companies. We always consider human resource development as a valuable asset of the company. Good human resource management is a key factor to achieve efficiency in production and business”. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh - General Director of FPT IS sent his thanks to the Board of Directors of GELEX Group for choosing and trusting the unit to implement the project. “We want to bring management experience from large corporations in Vietnam, especially in the context of complex structures with many member companies and multi-industry operations. The ultimate goal is to create a modern, efficient working environment, bringing excellent experiences to employees, and positively contributing to the development of GELEX in the coming time,” Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh shared. In order to coordinate the smooth implementation of the project and reach the finish line on time, the two sides have established a Project Team to coordinate the implementation, in which, on GELEX's side, the Project Team includes key personnel from the Group and the system's subsidiaries within the scope of project implementation.
