Da Nang Landmark Tower project groundbreaking

DNO - On the morning of September 14, Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Da Nang Landmark Tower commercial center and apartment complex project with a total investment of about 1,600 billion VND.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh informed that Da Nang city is oriented to become one of the major socio-economic centers of the country and Southeast Asia with the role of a center for startups, innovation in tourism, trade, finance, logistics, high-tech industry, information technology, supporting industry... and become an ecological, modern, smart urban area, a livable city.

In particular, the city is oriented to develop urban areas according to the model of a smart city, with high utilities, unique and humane architectural planning appearance.

Da Nang Landmark Tower project is built on an area of ^{​​3,765m2} by Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company as the investor with a total investment of 1,600 billion VND... determined to be consistent with the policy of exploiting and developing tourism advantages, orientation of service industry development and urban development according to the master plan for socio-economic development of Da Nang city and the city's housing development plan in the period 2021-2025 that has been approved.

Along with that, the project is built at the corner of Bach Dang extended street - Binh Minh 4 - Tran Van Tru with a direct view of the Han River and surrounded by key public works, where major cultural events of the city are regularly held such as the Museum of Cham Sculpture, Dragon Bridge, APEC Park, Bach Dang walking street... so the implementation and completion of the Da Nang Landmark Tower project promises to bring to Da Nang city a quality and iconic architectural work in the area. Thereby, creating an attractive environment for all subjects with needs such as housing, business, work, investment...

Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh requested Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company to focus maximum resources to implement the project to ensure quality and committed progress; comply with legal regulations on planning, land, investment, construction, environmental protection and relevant legal regulations.

Consulting units and contractors strictly comply with construction standards and regulations; ensure quality, construction safety, labor safety and environmental sanitation.

During the project implementation, departments, branches, and Hai Chau District People's Committee created all favorable conditions for investors to speed up construction progress; regularly monitored, inspected, and promptly supported investors to resolve problems arising during project implementation...

According to Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh, the city will continue to accompany and support investors throughout the project implementation process to soon complete, put into operation, promote efficiency, bring benefits to investors and contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of Hai Chau district in particular and Da Nang city in general.

Mr. Morii Tayayuki, General Director of Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company, said that during the process of implementing the procedures to prepare for the project investment, the investor and the design unit have carefully designed the Da Nang Landmark Tower to be worthy of the name of the highlight of Da Nang, a symbolic and architecturally beautiful project as well as safety for residents in natural disasters and fire prevention and fighting (the project is designed to withstand earthquakes of 7 on the Richter scale, the glass walls are designed to withstand level 18 storms, applying the latest and highest fire prevention and fighting design standards of Vietnam...).

“The project will be constructed in 33 months. After the next 33 months, we will hold a completion ceremony for the building that is worthy of its name as a highlight and worthy of Da Nang city,” Mr. Morii Tayayuki emphasized.
