Khanh Hoa attends Vietnam International Trade Fair

The 34th Vietnam International Trade Fair gathered over 400 enterprises exhibiting at 500 booths from 18 countries and territories. The fair took place from April 2 to 5. At the "Invest in Vietnam Industrial Development" booth promoting the potential and strengths of localities, there were 8 strategic investment destinations introduced, including: Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho City, Kien Giang, Tien Giang, Khanh Hoa, Son La, Bac Lam Thao Industrial Cluster in Phu Tho Province, Ban Korea Desk - Bridge between Vietnam and Korea.

The booth of Khanh Hoa province has the theme: "The international trade connection center with seaports, Cam Ranh international airport and Van Phong Economic Zone opens up great opportunities for businesses to invest in logistics, processing and manufacturing industry, supporting industry, information technology, renewable energy and smart urban development". Here, foreign investors are provided with information and documents introducing the overview, potential, strengths of the province, investment and trade promotion activities of the province, preferential policies to welcome domestic and international investors, focusing on Van Phong Economic Zone, Ninh Thuy Industrial Park, Doc Da Trang Industrial Park, products and services of VCN Investment Joint Stock Company and products from Khanh Hoa bird's nest. Vietnam Expo is one of the large-scale trade promotion activities and has important significance for the Vietnam Industry and Trade sector, bringing practical opportunities to help businesses in Khanh Hoa province have more opportunities to attract investment and develop production and business activities.

Attending this event, Mr. Nguyen Sanh Duong - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade worked and exchanged information with the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, representatives of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, China and leaders of ministries, branches, and the Korean Investment Promotion Board in Vietnam. In addition, within the framework of the fair, the delegation of the Department of Industry and Trade also participated in the programs of the Vietnam - Belarus Business Forum, the Vietnam - Cuba Business Forum, and the "Vietnam Export Goods - Global Growth" Connection Workshop.
