On August 22, the Provincial Political School coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs to organize the opening ceremony of the 23rd training course for senior specialist and equivalent positions for 57 students who are civil servants at provincial, district and city levels holding specialist and equivalent positions.
During 6 weeks with 240 lessons, students will study 20 teaching topics and 6 reporting topics, conduct research and tests, and write final essays. At the end of the course, students will have to complete the test and will be awarded a certificate of completion when meeting all the required conditions.
Through the training course, the aim is to equip trainees with basic knowledge and skills on State administrative management; consolidate and update knowledge on State management and corresponding skills, improve capacity in performing assigned tasks and powers of civil servants at the senior specialist level and equivalent, contributing to building a team of civil servants and public employees with moral qualities, political courage, and good completion of assigned tasks.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Political School required students to strictly implement the training program and classroom discipline, proactively research and actively participate in discussions on topics, and successfully complete the requirements set forth in the class.
