EURO 2024 results: Donnarumma excels, Italy still loses to Spain

(VTC News) - Goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma made excellent saves against all of his opponent's shots on target, but Italy still lost to Spain with a score of 0-1.

The highlight of the second round of the EURO 2024 group stage was the match between Spain and Italy. The most outstanding player in this match was Gianluigi Donnarumma with many saves for Italy. The efforts of Lamine Yamal or Williams on the two wings caused difficulties for the opponents but were not enough to bring goals. After the first half without changing the scoreboard, in the second half, the Spanish team continued to attack diligently. They relied on the attacks on the two wings of Yamal and Williams.
