According to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), all candidates for university admission in 2023 must confirm their admission online on the Ministry's system, from August 22 to before 5:00 p.m. on September 8.
To confirm university admission in 2023, candidates need to follow the steps below:

Step 6: Check the status of Enrolled.
Important university admissions milestones in 2023
14:00 22/8: End of virtual filtering process.
From 2:00 p.m. on August 22 to 5:00 p.m. on August 24: training institutions announce the first round of admission scores.
Before 5:00 p.m. on September 8, candidates confirm online admission (phase 1) on the System.
After September 8: Training facilities can start the new school year.
After September 9: Training institutions can announce additional enrollment
From October to December: Training institutions can consider additional admissions (if any) until the end of 2023.
Before December 31, training institutions must accurately and fully report enrollment results in 2023 on the System.
Up to this point, most universities across the country have announced admission scores based on the results of the 2023 high school graduation exam. The Ministry of Education and Training requires schools to guide candidates to confirm their admission and organize admission for candidates within the prescribed time.
The Ministry also requires training institutions to fulfill their commitments to candidates; provide advice, support and resolve complaints, and protect the legitimate rights of candidates in cases of risks announced in the enrollment plan according to regulations.
For candidates, after knowing the university admission score, if admitted, candidates must confirm their admission online on the Ministry of Education and Training's system from August 24 to before 5:00 p.m. on September 8.
Candidates who do not confirm admission within the prescribed time, without valid reasons, will be considered to have refused the opportunity to study.
For candidates who do not pass the first round, they can participate in additional rounds of admission if they meet the requirements, according to the announcement on the admissions page of the training institutions. Currently, although the time to announce the standard scores has not passed, many universities have announced additional admissions, some schools are recruiting thousands of additional students.
