On March 28, the Vietnamese Embassy in the United States participated in displaying and promoting Vietnamese culture and cuisine at the annual Francophonie Cultural Festival at the French Embassy. This is the largest and most prominent cultural event of the Francophonie Cultural Month (March every year) in the United States.
This year's festival featured more than 20 booths from embassies of Francophonie member countries in Washington DC. The festival attracted more than 1,200 visitors from government agencies, diplomatic corps, business community, political , social and cultural organizations of the host country.
The Vietnamese Embassy in the United States brought to the festival typical Vietnamese cultural products such as lacquer and brocade handicrafts; promoted water puppetry, oil paintings, Dong Ho paintings, traditional Vietnamese ao dai, etc. Many visitors expressed their love and special affection for the country, culture and people of Vietnam.

In particular, the Vietnamese booth introduced and promoted famous Vietnamese agricultural products, including coffee, tea, cashew nuts, sesame candy, shrimp crackers, etc., attracting a large number of visitors to experience and enjoy. Vietnamese instant coffee made a strong impression on local visitors with its delicious and attractive flavor.
The unique features of Vietnamese culture, traditional arts and the flavors of our country's agricultural products left a good impression on the attendees, the French-speaking community in the United States and the organizers of the Francophonie Cultural Festival 2025.
