The workshop continued with the second session of the supplementary report, chaired by Dr. Phan Chi Hieu, President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.
In this session, scientists exchanged and discussed at a round table with the following contents: Cultural and historical values of Hoa Lu ancient capital with local brand building; Ecological values of Ninh Binh in local brand building, case analysis of Trang An Eco-tourism Area, Cuc Phuong National Forest, Van Long wetland and Kim Son mangrove forest; Promoting the brand value of Cultural Heritage in Ninh Binh province towards sustainability in the new context; Breakthrough orientation for Ninh Binh province development based on local identity values; Ninh Binh brand value viewed from the interaction between Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh and Thang Long - Hanoi; Local marketing strategy to develop Ninh Binh province's socio-economy.

Some issues discussed and suggested by scientists include: Defining the unique and outstanding historical values of Ninh Binh and some recommendations to promote those values in the current context; Building Ninh Binh province to become a typical model of the Red River Delta and the whole country in applying science and technology and innovation, digital transformation in preserving and promoting the outstanding values and identities of Ninh Binh;
Solutions on how Ninh Binh can both preserve and promote the values of cultural heritage for tourism development and some suggestions on building a Strategy for developing Ninh Binh's cultural industry.

In his concluding remarks after two discussion sessions, Dr. Phan Chi Hieu, President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, affirmed: The presentations have contributed to clearly defining Ninh Binh as a land of outstanding people, with diverse values and local identities in many different aspects from cultural identity, values of landmarks, historical figures, festivals to intangible cultural values (literature, music, painting, architecture, culinary traditions, etc.).

In addition, scientists have also pointed out the limitations and shortcomings of building brands based on local identity values of Ninh Binh province. At the same time, they have suggested directions for Ninh Binh to build local brands based on unique and special heritage values.
