On the afternoon of September 30, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education in coordination with the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education and Training organized the Workshop "Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on training and striving to become good citizens and good cadres, contributing to improving the quality of human resources in the new era".

Speaking at the workshop, Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Doan - President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education said that throughout the process of fighting and building the country, our Party has always attached importance to the human factor, always seeking solutions to train and nurture people with enough virtue and talent to serve the country. This policy of the Party is a manifestation of President Ho Chi Minh's thought on developing people who are "both red and expert" in all fields, in which education and training play an important role.
The workshop is a meaningful and practical activity to study more deeply President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on the role of people in each field, the criteria for evaluating good citizens and good cadres in building and developing the country in the revolutionary stages. This is also an opportunity to look back at the process of applying President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts to various fields of work, especially in schools in the education and training system, in order to build goals, methods and training programs for each level and field of study, thereby having training products that meet the requirements of the revolutionary cause and national development in the new period.
