On the afternoon of February 22, in his closing speech at the 30th session, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue stated that after a day of urgent work, the National Assembly Standing Committee had completed all 5 contents of the session.
Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the explanation, acceptance, and revision of the draft Law on Archives (amended). It gave opinions on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Security Guards. The National Assembly Standing Committee considered and unanimously approved the issuance of a Resolution on the assignment of additional numbers of auditors of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also commented on the National Assembly's Report on People's Aspirations in January 2024, including the People's Aspirations in December 2023. The National Assembly Standing Committee also commented on the draft Summary Report of the 5th Extraordinary Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Coordinate closely and be more proactive in preparing regular content according to authority.
Regarding the summary of the 5th extraordinary session, the National Assembly Chairman said that the opinions of the National Assembly Standing Committee all agreed to highly appreciate the organization of the session, believing that this session was very urgent. The process of proposing policies, convening the session, developing the program, organizing the implementation and the voting results to pass the draft laws and draft resolutions were all carefully prepared, closely following the leadership of the Party Central Committee, directly the Politburo and ensuring compliance with the provisions of the law related to the extraordinary session and was extremely successful, meeting the urgent requirements and the requirements of thoroughness and quality in the work of law making and deciding on important issues of the country to create, develop, meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development, remove bottlenecks, difficulties and obstacles in the immediate future. At the same time, it created conditions for a long-term and fundamental legal environment and investment and business environment.
From the practical experience, the National Assembly Chairman suggested that the Law Committee coordinate with the Economic Committee and relevant agencies to summarize and deeply evaluate the process of building the Land Law as a model in the coordination work and the law-making process. According to the National Assembly Chairman, it is necessary to conduct research to summarize and evaluate to gain experience for the upcoming 7th Session and until the end of the term. Because practice has proven that if any law project has a process of close coordination between the agency in charge of examination and the drafting agency, between the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Government and relevant agencies and organizations and works with a high sense of responsibility, great efforts, not waiting but conducting all stages in parallel; at the same time, closely following the viewpoints, orientations, and major requirements when building laws such as the Land Law project and the Law on Credit Institutions project, when submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and voting, they all achieved a very high approval rate.
Stating that this is a very valuable lesson, drawing many good lessons, the National Assembly Chairman emphasized: Anything we are determined to do, have a good way of doing it, have appropriate methods, have close coordination and a sense of responsibility can be completed. If we make an effort, we will certainly succeed.
The National Assembly Chairman noted that it is necessary to learn from experience in regular and periodic matters, especially in finance and budget. Agencies need to be more proactive and coordinate with each other sooner and better so that it is not necessary to submit them through extraordinary meetings.
To organize the upcoming 7th Session, the National Assembly Chairman suggested further strengthening the discipline on deadlines for submitting documents; National Assembly agencies should increase their responsibility for urging and coordinating; at the same time, "no matter how difficult it is, we must firmly maintain the principle: what is ripe, clear enough and highly agreed upon, in accordance with the Party's guidelines, the Constitution and the State's laws, should be institutionalized; what is not suitable, has different opinions, is not ripe, and is not clear enough, should definitely not be accepted; what is necessary, we will request approval to pilot".
The National Assembly Chairman suggested that immediately after the Session, the Secretary General of the National Assembly and the Head of the National Assembly Office should issue the concluding notices early, and at the same time, agencies should actively prepare for regular sessions and thematic sessions on law-making in March.
The results of the Extraordinary Session have fundamental, strategic and long-term significance.
