Recently, the Miss World Vietnam Organizing Committee announced the next representative after Miss Mai Phuong to the 72nd Miss World arena is Miss Y Nhi. Sharing with Dan Viet about the reason for choosing Huynh Tran Y Nhi - Miss World Vietnam 2023 (Miss World Vietnam) to participate in the Miss World contest, Ms. Pham Kim Dung - representative of the Miss World Vietnam Organizing Committee said: "After the noise about Miss Y Nhi's statement after her coronation, we have always followed her growth process and noticed her changes.

Miss Ý Nhi competes in the 72nd Miss World

Immediately after being announced as Vietnam's representative at the 72nd Miss World, Miss Ý Nhi shared: "I am extremely honored to represent Vietnam at the 72nd Miss World beauty pageant. I have been cultivating my knowledge and skills with the spirit of readiness to come to this contest. I hope that in my upcoming journey, I will continue to receive attention, follow-up and support from everyone."

Huynh Tran Y Nhi was crowned Miss World Vietnam 2023 on July 22. The beauty born in 2002 is a student majoring in Business Administration at International University - Ho Chi Minh City National University. She is 1.75m tall with sexy measurements of 79-59-89cm.

In addition to the Miss World Vietnam 2023 crown, Y Nhi also made it into the Top 5 Miss Sea, Top 16 Miss Charity and won the Miss Fashion award within the framework of the contest, so she went straight to the final Top 20.

Before being crowned Miss World Vietnam 2023, Huynh Tran Y Nhi won the runner-up prize in the contest "Charming Students of Binh Dinh 2022".

After being crowned Miss World Vietnam 2023, Y Nhi was caught up in a scandal over her clumsy statements. She decided to study to improve herself. Currently, the reigning Miss World Vietnam 2023 is studying abroad in Australia at the University of Sydney for 2 years.

Sharing with PV Dan Viet about life in Australia, Miss Ý Nhi said: "I feel that people here are very friendly and sociable. This gives me very good experiences in studying, working... In addition to studying, I work as a saleswoman for a store in Sydney. This job helps me learn how to communicate in daily life and also gives me the opportunity to understand more about fashion. At the same time, I use the money I earn to help many people in need."

According to the representative of the Miss World Vietnam Organizing Committee, the amount of money that Miss Y Nhi has donated to charity activities at shelters, education funds, schools, hospitals, and disadvantaged families in many localities is worth more than 250 million VND. "On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, Miss Tran Y Nhi used all of her first salary received from working part-time in Australia to give gifts to 100 disadvantaged families in Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province. In addition, Miss Y Nhi cut off her hair to donate to cancer patients of the Vietnam Breast Cancer Network," the Miss World Vietnam Organizing Committee added.
