After 4 years of implementation, the program has trained and improved knowledge and skills for thousands of members, helping them keep up with digital transformation and create livelihoods.

Soc Trang is one of the typical provinces participating in this program. Ms. Tran Thi Kim Phuong, Vice President of the Women's Union of Soc Trang province, said: "On average, each member participating in the program has increased their stable income from 1 - 2.5 million VND/month, improving the quality of life not only for themselves but also for their families and the local community."

The program's outstanding activities include guiding women in using digital applications and tools, improving family health care skills, family financial management skills, etc., helping women become more confident and affirm their position in the family as well as in their daily work.
