In order to strengthen solidarity and youth gathering, in recent years, the Youth Union and Vietnam Youth Union (VYU) at all levels in the province have focused on establishing and developing club models, groups, teams, and groups based on the needs, interests, and careers of youth union members.
Through diverse and effective organization, the models have promoted their core role in the movement and activities of the Youth Union and Association at the grassroots level; created a healthy environment and opportunities for learning and training, contributing to orienting the ideology, personality, lifestyle and good actions for the young generation of the Fatherland.

Create a positive environment
In the current period of international integration, young people have the opportunity to access a variety of knowledge, culture and modern forms of learning and entertainment. Along with positive impacts, this has also created strong multi-dimensional impacts on the process of shaping and developing personality, behavior and lifestyle in young people, partly limiting their positivity and initiative in participating in movements and activities of the Youth Union - Association in the locality. In response to this reality, the Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union have paid special attention to innovating methods of gathering young people through the establishment and effective maintenance of models of clubs, teams, and youth groups at the grassroots level.
The province currently has 105,889 young union members participating in club, group, team, and group models at the grassroots level, accounting for 80.2% of the total number of young union members in the province; on average, each year, over 1,000 outstanding members are introduced by clubs, groups, teams, and youth groups for admission to the Union.
As the core of the movement, activities of the Youth Union and Association and as a "bridge" of social resources in supporting youth activities; clubs, groups, teams and groups are built based on the needs, interests, aspirations and careers of young union members; focusing on 3 main groups of fields including: clubs, groups, teams and volunteer groups, charity groups; clubs, groups, teams and groups of interests, study, career and clubs, groups, teams and groups supporting economic development, start-ups and career establishment.
On the basis of building a model by field, the Youth Union and Vietnam Youth Union at all levels in the province have deployed movements and activities of the Youth Union and the Association with diverse forms and contents to create an environment and opportunities for young union members in clubs, groups, teams and groups to participate as the main subjects of the activities, thereby actively promoting creativity, boldness and initiative in the work of the Youth Union and youth movements at the grassroots level.
Ha Hoa District Youth Union currently has 8 clubs, groups, teams, and youth groups, attracting over 3,000 members, accounting for 60% of the total number of young union members in the district. Comrade Truong Nguyen Quan - Secretary of the District Youth Union said: Thanks to the diversity and flexibility in the form of organization, promoting the strengths of union members, youth; many models of clubs, groups, teams, and youth groups have contributed to increasing the rate of gathering, increasing the force for Union - Association activities and reducing social evils among young people such as: "Youth with the Law" Club, "Young Theory" Club; "Young Creativity" Club...
In addition, many clubs, teams, and youth groups have also promoted their pioneering role for the community; connecting social resources to support youth activities, notably: Actively participating in and supporting the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic; participating in responding to, supporting and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3; promoting the organization of social security activities, supporting and helping the elderly, poor households, policy families, and people in difficult areas...
In order to build a strong Youth Union and Association in both organization and action, in the period of 2019-2024, the Youth Union and Vietnam Youth Union at all levels in the province have focused on converting ineffective models of Youth Union and Association branches and associations based on residential areas into models of clubs, teams, and youth groups and increasing the application of digital technology in Youth Union and Association movements and activities to help attract and gather young people to participate.
Currently, the province has 813 youth clubs, groups, teams, and groups, including 224 volunteer club, group, team, and group models; 87 traffic safety club, group, team, and group models; 417 economic development support club, group, team, and group models; 85 hobby and study club, group, team, and group models.
With their own way of organizing activities, the models have created novelty and promoted the strengths of the Youth Union, helping the Youth Union members to be more connected with the work of the Union and Association, contributing to orienting the ideology and forming good personality for the young generation.

Develop “depth”
“Living responsibly, having ideals, aspirations, ambitions; having positive thoughts and actions to improve oneself, becoming a useful person for society” is an important goal that the Youth Union and Vietnam Youth Union at all levels in the province aim for in building and developing the youth force participating in club, team, and group models.
However, in many localities, club, team, and group models are established and operate on a voluntary basis, lacking constraints, so the organization is still loose, the number of members often fluctuates, leading to many long-term activities lacking human resources and being too formal; the operating budget as well as the material conditions at some clubs are still limited... This has created barriers and challenges for the Youth Union and Association at all levels in developing models in "depth".
Comrade Dinh Thi Tuyet Mai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union said: In order to maintain and improve the quality of activities of youth club, group, team and group models, the Youth Union and Association bases in the province have made efforts to innovate the content, form and build suitable activity models to create attractiveness in the activities of the Youth Union and Association with young people; focusing on selecting and assigning qualified cadres, enthusiastic about the work of the Youth Union and Association and the youth movement, knowing how to listen to union members, association members and young people to persuade, mobilize, build and maintain the activities of clubs, groups, teams and groups continuously and effectively. In addition, the Youth Union and Association bases in the province have also strengthened the construction of youth clubs, groups, teams and groups in the fields of: Culture, arts, physical education and sports, skills, social work and focused on innovation in the content of model activities to suit the characteristics of each locality and unit...
With specific solutions in building and developing clubs, teams, groups in "depth", many models have innovated their organization methods, not focusing on the number of participating members but focusing on developing the quality of activities to create a widespread influence and replication in the community such as: "Youth with the Law" Club - a typical model established in 13 districts, cities and towns, each year maintaining the organization of over 1,000 legal propaganda sessions, attracting nearly 90,000 young union members to participate, building 13 legal bookcases at a number of Youth Union bases at district, commune, ward, town and school levels; "Young Theory" Club model - a forum attracting thousands of young union members in districts, towns and cities to participate in expressing their thoughts and opinions on domestic and international political and social issues; The "Young Family" Club in Cao Xa Commune, Lam Thao District, holds regular activities once a month, attracting a large number of young union members to participate thanks to its practical activities to support young people in updating knowledge and new production techniques, preferential policies to support capital, materials, livelihood development, job referrals, etc. Through the club's activities, many young union members have awakened the will to overcome difficulties, escape poverty and become rich legitimately in their homeland...
The development of clubs, groups, teams and groups among young people has been making positive impressions, creating a great influence in the social community, contributing to affirming the role of youth in the local socio-economic development; creating a beautiful image of the dynamic and affectionate young generation of the Homeland. These positive effects are the foundation and motivation for the coming time for the Youth Union and Vietnam Youth Union chapters in the province to deploy and replicate more effective models.
