For Quan, working with seniors that he admires is an honor. They race against time while still maintaining their own style. The high intensity of work is also an extremely valuable experience for Quan to enrich his stage experience. When the audience enthusiastically watches and praises the performance he has created, Quan is even more inspired to create.

The passion for dancing came naturally to Quan. As a child, he loved watching Michael Jackson and dancing along. His family saw that he had talent so they let him practice at a club. Success came early and what made fans more sympathetic to Quan was his humble attitude and eagerness to learn. "From the age of 12 to 22, I constantly trained and challenged myself through major competitions. I felt that I was still immature to face the pressure of being famous or orienting myself, so after each competition, it was necessary to put aside my achievements to continue studying" - Quan confided. He believes that thanks to the foundation of learning, it helps young people gain more knowledge, practice discipline, perseverance and see life in a more multi-dimensional way. Quan's learning is not only from books but also from work, life, and from previous generations. Thinking that he is not a star yet, Quan tries harder to spread his career closer to everyone, especially the young.
Dang Quan is conscious of constantly improving himself.
Winning the championship 3 times at Vietnam's Got Talents, So You Think You Can Dance and Street Dance Vietnam is an important milestone that motivates Quan to continue to rise. Besides, his small family helps him grow up and become stronger.
Along with choreography, Quan also wants to do well as a performing artist. He aspires to deliver meaningful, serious and profound performances. "Enjoying dance is not only about visual satisfaction but also about the emotional connection between the dancer and the audience," Quan emphasized.
